1. How long does it take to process a return?
Please allow up to two weeks from the time you mail your item(s) back for the return to be processed. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s complete. If you’re returning items from multiple orders in one package, be sure to start a return for each order and include all return packing slips. Missing packing slips may delay processing by up to an additional week.

2. When will I receive my refund?
After you receive the email confirming your return has been processed, you can expect to see your refund within 3-5 business days.

3. Do you offer price adjustments?
Yes, we offer a one-time price adjustment on full-price items within seven days of purchase or the mail-order ship date, as long as you have the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price, or orders placed with a coupon or promotion, are not eligible for price adjustments. Previous purchases cannot be retroactively discounted.

4. How do I make an exchange?
Start your exchange process online. Return shipping for exchanges is free. Exchanges are limited to full-price online purchases of the same item in a different size. All exchanges must meet our standard return eligibility criteria.

5. How do I return items delivered by a Marketplace vendor?
Items delivered by our Marketplace vendors need to be returned directly to them and cannot be accepted at Fakhra Industry stores or our distribution center. Follow the return instructions provided with your package. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the vendor has processed your return and issued a refund.

6. How does trade-in work for Fakhra Industry Always?
We’re partnering with thredUP to let you turn your gently used clothes into Fakhra Industry shopping credit. After dropping off your kit, it can take up to three weeks for delivery to thredUP and another four weeks for processing. Visit our Resale site for more details.

7. Is there a return fee?
If you use our prepaid return label, the return shipping cost is $7.50, which will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you can mail the item back using your own insured, traceable method.

8. Can I return a Fakhra Industry item to a Fakhra Industry Factory store (and vice versa)?
No—items must be returned to the brand from which they were purchased.

9. How do I request a return label?
Start your return process online to receive a return label.

10. Can I return my items to a store?
Yes, online and phone orders shipped to a U.S. address can be returned to any Fakhra Industry store in the United States.

11. Can I return my store purchase by mail?
Yes, items purchased in-store can be returned by mail within 30 days of purchase. Contact us for the correct mailing address and include a copy of your receipt in the return package.

12. Can I include multiple orders in one return package?
Yes, just make sure to start a return for each order and include all return packing slips. Missing packing slips may add up to an additional week of processing time.

13. How do I return a gift?
Bring your gift receipt to any Fakhra Industry store for a refund, following our return policy. To return a gift by mail, start the return process online.

14. Can I cancel my order after it’s placed?
You may be able to cancel your order shortly after placing it. To check, go to Order History in your registered account and click “Show Order Details.” If cancellation is not available, you can return or exchange eligible items once the order is delivered.

15. Can I change my shipping address or payment method after placing an order?
Unfortunately, we cannot modify the shipping address or payment method after an order is submitted. However, you may check if cancellation is possible through Order History. If cancellation is unavailable, you can return or exchange eligible items after receiving your order.
